Working out in water has many advantages.
One of the most important is the reduction of impact stress on
your body.
This means you can get a vigorous workout without causing
injury to muscles.
Swim Fit Aqua Aerobic classes are conducted and monitored by
fully qualified instructors keen to help you achieve your
personal goals. Consider them your personal trainer.
Whether you're an elite athlete looking for cross training or a
recovery session, or the closest you've come to exercise is
watching sport on TV, Swim Fit is for you.
Our instructors cater for all fitness levels. You may perform
an exercise lifting as high as you can out of the water, or you
may prefer to keep the majority of the body under the
water.
Some exercises will be given in two to three different levels,
where you choose a level that is appropriate. Whichever fitness
level you fit into, there is always longer, higher, and faster
for you to expand to as your fitness improves.
SWIMFIT Timetable
Classes are on every afternoon running for 1
hour including warm up and cool down.
Swim Fit is at the Ashfield Pool.
Monday and Tuesday 4.30pm to 5.30pm
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 5pm to 6pm
